Triple Stamp Card Blog Hop

Welcome  to the
Triple Stamp Card Blog Hop

Ashley over at Blog Hop Princess has put
together a crafty group of stampers
to inspire you with their cards!

I have even heard rumor that there is "blog candy"
around for our hoppers!

If you came from Suzanne's blog
you are right in line.  If you just started I encourage you to start here at the beginning.

Now at this time I feel that I should post a disclosure saying that I am not much of a stamper.  I own stamps and ink.  I just don't do it very often.  So I signed up for this hop to push myself a little out of my comfort zone.  And it DID!!!

The lighting wasn't very good and neither
was the photographer.
You can barely see the stamping....
I promise it is there.

I hope you can see it better here!

Well, thanks for stopping by! Please stop by all of the talented stampers blogs and see what they came up for you.  Don't forget to look for the blog candy!

The next stop is
Ashley W.

Guest Designer for Exploring Cricut

If you are looking for my FCCB #135 Seeing Spots post click here!

Hello!  How is everyone?
I am so honored and excited to be a
 Guest Designer at Exploring Cricut!

If you haven't had a chance to check out their
wonderful blog make sure to get over there and
let them know that Janea sent you!

Today I am posting my Pumpkin Patch!
Really it is just a set of Thanksgiving cards.

Okay, I used almost all of my
favorite things for these.

1. Cricut - Pumpkin is on Create a Critter
Leaves are on Paperdolls for Everyday
Tag is on TBB&M (the original)

2. Cuttlebug and folder - Victoria

3. Bo Bunny - Burnt Orange Double Dot

4. Bazzill Card Stock - Parakeet

5. Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Vintage Photo. I stamped the leaves and distressed everything.

There you have it.  Add a button, felt ribbon and some raffia and you are done.

What do you think?  I bet you never thought you could make this type of card from those cartridges!   I challenge you all to get out  one of your carts that you haven't used in a while and find a cut that you would dream is on it.
Then of course use it!  And let me know I will stop by your blog and take a look!

Thanks for stopping by today!

FCCB #135 Seeing Spots

Don't you just love Polka Dots??? I do!
They make me happy.
And I like to be happy, so much better
than the other emotions.

This week's challenge over on the
is to create a project using polka dots and of course at least one cricut cut.

So here is what I came up with while cropping with some of my friends:

I sure wish you could tell that the red behind the snowflake is extra fine red glitter.

Well, I guess you will have to trust me
that it is. I cut this with the
Winter Woodland cartridge
with the card feature. I don't know how
many of you ever use this feature, but if
you aren't you are missing out.

I also used packaging tape to put the glitter on.
Super easy and great look.  I will tell you that you have to use the extra fine glitter.  Chunky or coarse glitter will not have the same effect.  It leaves wholes or open spots on the tape.
This was cut as 5 1/4 card. Making it easier
to find or make envelopes!

Please remember to head  over to FCCB and link up your polka dot projects!  I want to see them!
Also, check out the rest of the DT  and all of their wonderful inspiration!

"UnBOOlievable" Blog Hop

Welcome  to the
"UnBOOlievable Blog Hop"

You are in for quite a TREAT....
NO TRICKS!!!!

Lisa over at Honeybearz Designs has put
together a crafty group of "ghouls"
to inspire you with their Halloween projects!

I have even heard rumor that there is "blog candy"
around for our trick or treaters.

If you came from Esther's blog
you are right in line.  If you just started I encourage you to start here at the beginning.

So without further ado, here is what I
made for you:

This Altered Book was so much fun!!
I used a few new products for the first
time and I sure liked them.
Stampendoushas a new embossing powder
called Frantáge.
It is hard to see in photos, but it has
the most wonderful
texture and color.
I would describe it as a "distressed"
look.  Trust me it is fabulous!

Here is the complete line up in case you get lost:

FCCB #134 BOO SPECTACULAR

Happy Monday!
Why does Monday always get here so fast?
One good thing about Monday is that we have a new challenge over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog!

This week we are featuring Halloween
projects with a cricut cut.

Here is my project:

I used cardstock and Tim Holtz Distress
Ink for this card.
The card base was cut from
3 Birds - Life's a Party and the
tombstone was from October 31.

See the detail on the tombstone?  Don't be
afraid to cut detail with your cricut.
As long as all of your settings are correct
 it should work just fine.

We want to see your spooky projects, so head on over to FCCB and link them up!
While you are there check out the rest of the design team for inspiration and leave
them some spooky love!

Talk to you later...
Until then...Be safe and Create!

I took a little different route with my animal print.  One of my friends asked if I would make invitations for her daughter's birthday.

She wanted them to be pink and grey.  I found this leopard print and thought it would be perfect.
I cut the card base with Art Philosophy and the letters and number from Mickey Font.
