Memorial Day Blog Hop Day 2

Today, I wanted to make a card for a serviceman that I have know since he was a small, small boy.  I wanted to let him know that I am proud of him and am very thankful for the sacrifice he and his young family make for all of us. 

I used the Glory collection from Authentique for the background, United States and the rosettes.  The blue dot is from BoBunny....see there it is again.  The rosettes were cut from the Tim Holtz die and the United States was cut from the Stand and Salute cricut cartridge.  I also used Tim Holtz distress tool and Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
